At Pretty Lavish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the products are unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
